The items were heavy and the box wasn't sealed or big enough to hold together, so the box was broken open and items were missing upon arrival.

The shakers are cute and come pre-packaged. The Santa mugs are adorable, but two of them did have paint in places they shouldn't and it makes them look weird. The doormats are amazing! But! They poke four holes through each doormat to place their removable tags, which causes four large holes to remain. While not as noticeable on the front of the mats, it is very much so on the back and sometimes, that matters to our customers. Should really just place a sticker instead of punching large holes.
