About Our "Yinz Wilkum" Amish Hex Sticker Design The original "3Ps" hex design is based on the traditional Wilkum hex design, which usually features 2 birds and the word WILKUM, meaning Welcome in Pennsylvania Dutch. The birds have been replaced with the Pirate mascot, Parrot, and the Penguins mascot, Penguin. In the middle is a squirt of Heinz ketchup (invented in Pittsburgh) on a delicious hot dog, topped with a pierogie with a dollop or sour cream.
