It does take between 5 to 10 days to fulfill orders. Just like you, our items have a unique personality - often inspirational, sometimes funny and always made with love. Unfortunately, my customers really liked the stickers and the mugs so I have ordered from here a few times. Every experience has gotten progressively worse . The shipping took almost 3 months and my last order everything arrived broken, which was remedied. I decided to give them another try and I’m still waiting on my order from January 20. (Tomorrow is April 1.) reached out to the company X2 and zero response and there are multiple similar complaints. I’ve tried to cancel. This is bad business.

Your November order was delivered within 23 days, which is consistent with my typical fulfillment timeline. All of your past orders have shipped within a similar timeframe, and no mugs were damaged in those earlier shipments. Regarding the one order with damage, only 5 items were affected during transit with the shipping carrier, and the issue was promptly resolved. For your most recent order, I did not receive any messages or cancellation requests prior to your review. I’ve checked Faire Messenger and email, and there is no record on my end. Faire also does not allow retrieval of messages once marked as spam. Once I became aware, I promptly processed the cancellation.
