Black truffles impart a beautiful earthiness and incredible umami. Perfect with fresh or dried figs on a cheese plate or charcuterie board, with arugula for a delicious grilled cheese, baked with cherry tomatoes for a creamy pasta sauce and/or spread onto a portobello mushroom cap for an unforgettable burger. 3 oz. Our cheese is specially formulated, and lab tested to not require refrigeration for shipping (for up to 10 days unopened). Refrigeration is required upon arrival for optimum shelf-life of 3 months.
