I didn't realize when first purchasing these that the Old Fashioned was going to be much more mild then a lot of jerky tried from today. After realizing the process that these are made and the flavors are meant to be more mild I did enjoy. I have yet to try the newer Peppered version but I overall appreciate that these are gluten free and a different version that you won't get at most places.
