We created a salt blend that is a testament to our shared mission: to provide exceptional flavor while empowering you to know and trust the origin of your food. The pecan aged whiskey salt and simple, smoky spices are perfect for any cut of beef, but you won’t stop there. We age our own TX pecan wood whiskey for this exciting and versatile salt and pepper blend. Perfect for grilled steaks or smoked brisket, the woodsy and garlicky flavors bring out the best in beef without overpowering it. Don’t be afraid to experiment though, as we have tested this blend on every protein or veggie we could find and haven’t been disappointed. All of our seasonings are made by hand, with fresh ingredients, and in small batches, some variations may occur.
