Flatiron Pepper Co was founded in 2017 with the goal of showing the world a better, more flavorful alternative to generic red pepper. We source the tastiest chile peppers from around the world and carefully blend them, using no salt or additives. The result is a delicious combination of color, heat and flavor in products that can be used with any dish, and with any diet. Once you give our peppers a try, you'll never go back to generic red pepper flakes!!! We decided enough was enough, and set out to create chile flake mixes worthy of your respect. Humbly, we present you with our Four Pepper, Hatch Valley Green, and Dark and Smoky blends. Each has its own unique character.
