After my recent experience, I’ve updated my review. Receiving nearly identical items in two separate orders is unacceptable for a retail business that relies on variety. Even more disappointing was the handling—no effort to address the issue, only a rigid response suggesting this “may not be the right place.” This reflects a lack of customer focus and willingness to retain repeat buyers. Based on my experience, I advise others to be cautious. I do not recommend.
