The secondary position which should allow the flag to hang straight down and the pole being horizontal to the building would be great, unfortunately every bracket advertised as 2 position allows the pole to hang downward and not straight out making it a hazard to those passing underneath, which is a shame because it doesn’t allow the design on the flag to really be seen and appreciated.
