Everybody knows a healthcare worker The one that can juggle 100 things at once They have a down to earth, get in and do it Kind of Attitude. They have done it harder than most in the last 18 mths Because while they signed up to help people They worried every time they went home They might make the people in their lives sick too. And as we all whinge about wearing a mask imagine spending your day in full PPE, that leaves marks on your face it's so tight. And while we look forward to the coming months They dread them as they know as we open, things will likely get worse for them. My beautiful friend Kylie is a nurse She is Strong, and Caring and never complains But I see the toll the past 18 months has had on her. And I feel the extra pressure it has placed on her And her family. If you know a healthcare worker like Kylie Give them a hug Thank them for their commitment.
