About ZOX
Since I started ZOX with my brothers in 2011, we’ve sold more than 11,000,000 of our world-famous elastic bracelets. Made from recycled water bottles, each ZOX is created with beautifully designed artwork and hidden messages that make them amazing gifts for every occasion. After a decade of being online-only, we’re finally ready to find some amazing and unique retailer partners to continue to share kind words with more friendly people. If you have a store that loves to put smiles on people's faces, we'd love to work with you. We invented the elastic bracelet back in 2010, and the first NFC-embedded version in 2012. Excellent customer service! My box arrived open and the only thing in it was my invoice. I was so frustrated dealing with fed ex and trying to make a claim to fix the matter…needless to say fed ex got no stars! ZOX immediately stepped in, asked for the pictures and took charge of the claim AND resent product so fast it arrived next day air! This company will have a dedicated customer! And my customers love the bracelets!
