Plugs in 4” pots. I’m appalled. Messaged the shop? It’s their “standard” and “the plants will grow”. Here’s pictures showing the same plants that came in a 4” pot, repotted into 1” pots & one into a corm cup because its roots were so shallow it wouldn’t even sit in the 1” pot..

I have waited over a week for these plants and had to message them because of how long they were sitting in shipment, and what I should do if they were to come damaged/dead. I finally got them today and to say disappointed is a severe understatement. After the first box was opened I assumed it was a shipping issue with Fedex however after opening the second box I realized it was a company issue. They were not only packaged in the most incompetent/ inconsiderate way but they had just stuck them

We pack each order with great care and consideration. All orders are packed and shipped the same day for the highest degree of plant condition at arrival. We unfortunately are not able to manage shipments once picked up by FedEx, but are careful to ship on days that will avoid weekend delivery delays to customers.
