The worst company on Faire. Do not buy from her. She has sweatshirts pictured, you click to order and get sent t shirts. Apparently there’s some drop down menu but it’s very deceiving. I contacted her,I paid to ship them back, she agreed to send me sweatshirts. A month went by, they got the t shirts that I sent back. The owner said she forgot to send the sweatshirts. She asked me if I wanted a refund. I said yes. 5 months later, countless messages and still no refund of $157 that she owes me!

Like their stuff but turnaround time was awful. Shipment was split, 2nd shipment didn’t ship until 2+ weeks after the first, which was already 2 weeks late. Left me hanging on 10 custom items for customers for Valentine’s Day that I had to refund and lost money on.
