Or substitute white wine, ginger ale or apple juice. Use your favorite cheese. (I happen to like extra sharp cheddar.) Prepared soup holds perfectly in a slow cooker, so you can serve this sure winner at a potluck or Super Bowl party. 6 oz package makes approximately 2 quarts.
