The uv-resistant fern looks very unnatural, the pots do not look high-end (will probably have to hide them in bigger pots), the finish in the pots is minimal, and the paint has not been applied properly to all the pots.

There was a packaging error that Vickerman rectified right away and shipped the correct replacement flowers via Federal Express. I was told to keep the incorrectly shipped product. It was an impressive remedial act.
