MANGATA takes pride in making earth conscious decisions when designing and building all of our furniture. The Lyra Side Table is no exception. MANGATA uses sustainably harvested oak that is kiln dried using solar energy, then finished with eco-friendly waxes.  Although it’s nearly impossible  to make completely eco-friendly ceramic pieces, MANGATA makes a point of making our ceramic products as eco-consciously as possible. All ceramics are made from a white stoneware clay, which is a low fire clay and requires less energy to fire in the kiln. All of our glazes are non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and are safe for use as dishware.  All of MANGATA’s packaging is made from recycled materials, and can be recycled again after use.
