Everything we ordered is wonderful. They were packed and shipped quickly. The products are great quality. My only complaints is that many items I was interested in only came in huge quantities and that’s a little challenging when we’re trying out a new product. Luckily we found some similar options in more reasonable quantities and I’m really happy with the quality.

All of the products (in this portion of my order) came on time as described. While the products speak for themselves, the customer service is sorely lacking, and the price-points are unrealistic in comparison to other places that sell these products, such as Amazon, making it impossible for small retailers to truly compete.

I’m so incredibly disappointed with this company… As somebody who’s loved their products for years and wanted to bring high-end art products to a smaller area, I am sorely regretting my decision to go with Faber-Castell. After a customer return, I discovered that ALL of the packages of the neon colors had duplicates. I am unable to return and can’t open some of the other things without destroying the packaging, so I have to wait until a customer buys them and hope they’re correct.

While these are lovely quality art supplies, my experience in selling shows the SRP to be a bit exaggerated, especially when resellers such as Amazon and Quality Art are permitted to carry these items online at deeply discounted rates, far less than SRP. Just something that has to be planned into the projected profitability of carrying these items.
