All orders are made to order. Depending on the qty and if molds are in use. orders take approx a week before shipping (Orders may take up to two additional days to ship.) we have to make sure the item cures before shipment. Order large orders, please consider 1 to 2 weeks before your event to place order. These kits are perfect for painting your own figurine." To accommodate the number of guests, please purchase a quantity of kits equal to the number of guests attending (e.g., if you have 10 guests, please purchase 10 kits) What you'll get per order all in tact as shown 1 small paint brush 1 plaster ( approx 2 inches) 1 paint ( 2 colors ) Plaster pieces are made by me from Plaster of Paris. Some pieces may have minor bubbles or discolorations. These are a very fragile item. We package with care but sometimes items do break in mail. We try and keep stock on hand but sometimes run out. Please consider this when ordering. If we need to make any replacements they take 4 days to cure

The best customer service! I realized I left 3 items off of my order. Kristina helped me out and got it sent to me asap! Then my order ended up missing and item (it fell behind the table during packing, TOTALLY UNDERSTAND!!!) She instantly messaged me and got it sent out!!! Also the quality of their items is great! My own children love them as well as my customers!!
