The product when I finally got it was good quality, it just took along time to receive and therefore missed most of the holiday shopping season. I also emailed several times and never got any response.

Cleanse and Protect Ritual Kit
The products are carefully prepared and of high quality. The sage and lavender are very fragrant. You can tell a lot of thought and care goes into making these items. It took several weeks for these items to even ship. The expected ship date passed and I had to reach out to check in. A new date was given and that was missed as well. Once I did receive the items they had shifted so much during shipping that I had to repair them myself. Some of it can’t be repaired due to the delicate nature.

Several of our kits came with broken stones. We contacted the company and were told replacements would be sent but we haven't received any further response or correspondence. We love the products but I cannot sell them with broken components so I have to take the loss unfortunately.
