Love the quality of the products - love their puzzles, their journals - everything is beautiful and well packaged. The shipping is the part that takes off one star. It added $1 to each item and for some of the less expensive items - that means my margin is very low. I reached out to the vendor and they do offer free shipping over $400 - but this isn’t mentioned in their description and it doesn’t look like it’s automatic. I will definitely be re-ordering and this time I’ll order over $400
