Twelve of our items arrived damaged. They are unsalable. Anybody with eyes could see that they’re damaged, and yet Vickerman sent out shoddy product anyway. TWELVE of them. I guess it’s all about money to them. Makes one wonder what the overall quality of the rest of their items will be. Customer service is horrible as well.

There was a packaging error that Vickerman rectified right away and shipped the correct replacement flowers via Federal Express. I was told to keep the incorrectly shipped product. It was an impressive remedial act.
