The fees from UPS are completely opaque. I really don't understand what import VAT is and what customs duty is. The invoice from UPS is a disaster that my tax advisor will immediately tear apart! This way, I can't reclaim the import VAT. I only use UPS in emergencies for my imports because the customer service is a disaster.
