I am the biggest Rufus Teague fan. I started my BBQ journey 15 years ago with Touch O Heat and their Meat Rub so they hold a special place in my heart! I now carry their full like of sauces and rubs in my store, but it is always a gamble ordering from them. Their shipping containers are not appropriately sized and over the last 4 months I have lost at least 2 cases of product in the shipping process which is a HUGE bummer because I am such a big fan. Please fix this!!

I absolutely LOVE Rufus Teague and I am so excited to sell them in my new store, however I just spent almost $50k on products for this store and RT was far and away the worst packed for shipping. I had multiple broken bottles that leaked onto more product. It was a huge mess. Luckily I was able to salvage the majority of it but I don't understand the packing decisions made. Why not have shipping cases that fit your product cases? So much bubble wrap!
