I love these patches. I am very sensitive to B12 but also need it. These patches give me the steady boost of energy that B12 provides. The best part is I can remove them when I'm ready to sleep. With oral supplements this is not an option. My daughter has also started using them as she has Narcolepsy. And while Narcolepsy is not a B12 deficiency, she said she notices a positive difference and uses them to help get her through the work day. I love these so much I am bringing them into my shop.
