Description
The most famous of the cookies of Reims, pink biscuits are traditionally dipped in champagne or red wine, emerging intact, thanks to their crispy exterior. Originally white, the biscuits acquired their pink hue when a baker decided to use carmin to disguise the black specks coming from vanilla.
