Description
Tabu, meaning “scraps” in Swahili, is made using strips of leftover fabric wrapped around a wooden inner fiber. Our artisans are able to turn even the scraps into something beautiful. This hot pad is great for preserving your table or counter. Each hot pad measures approximately 8-9" in diameter. Each hot pad is individually handmade in Kibera, Kenya and will vary slightly in color and size.
