Products are great, but I had reached out prior to ordering to ensure I would have these by a certain date. Chatted with them, and were told that the ship date would absolutely be changed and that would have them by the time I had requested. Needless to say, they arrived after. They weren't shipped out until the day before I requested them to be delivered to me. Overall - great quality hats, but absolutely make sure you order them way in advance to when you need them.
