The product photos speak for themselves… These are very cute and well thought out kits. What got me to write a review is the quick response time, courteous manner, and great customer service. During fourth-quarter, fulfillment time can mean the difference in making sales or losing sales. Thank you so much for getting my packages to me quickly!

The product I received was great, but I had to drop a few stars because I never received some of my items and couldn’t get in touch with anyone from the company to get them replaced. After a month of messaging them they never addressed my concern and I had to reach out to Faire to help with cancelling the order. I have always liked Modern Sprout’s products, but unfortunately it seems their customer service is majorly lacking on this platform, so just be wary if you think you may need assistance.
