My advice to this company would be this: I know that orders can get overwhelming, I run multiple businesses that require shipping. If you cannot ship an item on time, or if you don't have the items in stock to ship, don't give your customer fake tracking numbers and don't mark items as shipped and then tell the customer it must have gotten lost. It's not as convincing as you think. Be honest, it's better. The shirts I got, although not the colors I first ordered, are good quality and will work
