A staple of Tuscan tradition, cantuccini are beloved for their signature crunch and fragrant depth. At the Amari workshop in Carmignano, each biscotti is handmade according to time-honored recipes, slowly baked to a golden crisp and a delicate sweetness. Available in classic almond, chocolate and orange and chocolate chunk, they pair beautifully with coffee, tea, dessert wine, or gelato. Sisters Lorella and Mariella Amari founded their small-batch sweets workshop in Carmignano in 2003. Every product is made entirely by hand using carefully sourced ingredients, a true expression of Tuscan artisan tradition.
