Showcasing respect for process and history, our mission is to pass along this culture through our Wholesome, Small Batch Charcuterie with a modern touch. Prosciutto Crudo is a delicately cured Italian ham, known for its savory, melt-in-your-mouth texture and subtle hint of sweetness. Perfect as a stand-alone delicacy or in sophisticated dishes. When ordering Prosciutto pre-sliced, it must be shipped overnight as it is not shelf stable. If you are ordering our sliced and chubs combined, please create 2 different orders. The chubs will ship out 3 day, the sliced will be overnighted and billed to the retailer.
