Potato and olive oil are the only ingredients in Espinaler French fries. They do not contain any preservatives and are gluten-free. The potatoes are picked and carefully selected in the highlands of Soria. They undergo a traditional peeling and cutting process; and they are fried using olive oil and low in salt. The main objective has always been to achieve an excellent product and for this purpose French fries are made exclusively from high quality raw materials. They are currently a benchmark for quality French fries not only in Spain, but also in France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium and Switzerland.
