Vintage Halloween Scat Cat Band Cutouts When jazzing it up this Halloween everyone wants to be a cool cat. These Scat Cat Band Cutouts display that cool jazzy look of the 1940's. Decorate these on the wall or windows for a retro Halloween. These are vintage reproductions of cutouts created by The Beistle Company in 1941. The package includes 4 different scat band cutouts that measure 17 inches tall. The scat cat gang includes one playing guitar, one with an accordion, one with a banjo, and another dancing with gloves. They are printed on both sides and made of cardstock material.
