These items shipped 10 days after projected ship date (which was a week after ship date estimate shown before ordering). I had messaged about when they’d ship & they said if I took some of my items out of my invoice, it would ship faster. We did so, since TAT was longer than expected. Quality seems a bit cheap and not identical to pictures. Overall, not the best business purchase we’ve made. We had to refund for items taken out & have had 2 returns since customers saw items.
