I am quite empresses with this company and their ability to get the product out quickly! My customers love these so much! There was a broken mug in this order, UPS is not kind to packages sometimes & it happens. Make sure you take photos of the product and the box so they can file a claim with the shipper. The company is shipping a replacement already (it’s Monday) and I filed the claim on Saturday!
