When I contacted Faire to see if they could adjust the shipping cost, they gave me the ole "corporate empathy model" but refused to do anything about it. I ship beer everyday out of my retail craft beer shop, and when something doesn't look right I call the customer and say "did you mean to do this, because there's an option that's far cheaper." So, now Im stuck with 5 boxes of the most expensive potato chips in the world, and I'll never order another thing from Faire again.
