• Can be used both as a dip powder base activator and top coat. • Secures the blending of the nail color, and dries fast, without the need for a UV/LED Light. • An ideal foundation for color adhesion and also as a top coat to seal, add shine, gloss and protect. Re-apply it every two or three days and your home mani will be maintained for about a week and a half without any chipping.
