I received the jewelry I ordered and each one was attached to a ripped card, looking as if price tags were ripped off. Some even had a couple of bright orange price tags still attached. Not one of the pieces was individually wrapped in plastic, the way I've always received jewelry from every other vendor. A pair of earrings was missing a large stone. They were wrapped in tissue paper and stuffed in a shipping bag. VERY unhappy and messaged them twice with no response. Never again.

Loved the quality of the jewelry also I was impressed with the way they packaged my jewelry everything was bubble wrapped and each jewelry was paper wrapped by itself all my jewelry arrived in excellent condition thank you for bubble wrapping my jewelry and for wrapping my jewelry individually
