I do not recommend this product. The brand assured me that the lining is leather because I really had the impression it was polyester and justified the strong chemical smell by telling me the leather is heavily treated. Unfortunately, it's difficult to sell them because customers are not reassured when I explain that the smell is due to the treatment.
