For Heinen Delfts Blauw, the peacock holds a special meaning. This tableware is simultaneously a tribute to our former Delft blue factory named 'De Paauw.' A pottery factory that had existed since 1651 and then produced under the name 'De Delftse Pauw.' This factory was one of the few remaining factories that continued the tradition of fully hand-painted Delft blue pottery.
