In five years and over 500 reviews on Faire, this is the first time a single cracked plate has resulted in a one-star rating, without us ever being contacted. A faulty piece can happen to any ceramic brand: it's a natural material, and an invisible flaw can only show itself under thermal stress. Our stoneware is microwave safe and tested as such. What we can promise is what we've done every time in those five years: no partner has ever absorbed the cost of a defective item. We replace or refund, always.
