PROCESS FRUIT - Cherry & spice mix is “stewed” in the oven for 2 hours to create a jam blend of bloomed spices and caramelised cherries. TANNIN - Cold brew coffee gives a chocolate finish and adds tannin. SALINITY - Murray River salt provides salinity and creates a moreish sensation. ACIDITY - Verjus from Semillon grapes from the Barossa Valley, Australia. BALANCE - No added sugar.

The actual product is very good, we got #3, 5 and 7 and all three were tasty. My favorite was #5, the lemon marmalade and hibiscus flavor. I really appreciated the front and back labeling. The front shows all the ingredients, including the top descriptors. The back has a nice diagram showing sweetness, acidity and tannins. Definitely worth picking up, even beyond dry January.
