This tea supports women of all ages. This loose herbal tea is formulated to ease the symptoms associated with PMS and other menstrual issues. Taste Profile: green herbaceous, mild, bittersweet, slightly peppery, floral, slightly sweet Directions located on back of bag: For a Tea: Pour one cup boiling water over 1-2 tbsp. of herb tea mix. Let steep for 15-20 minutes then strain. Drink 2-3 cups per day. Best to drink warm to lukewarm but not extremely hot. The loose leaf teas and the ranch seasoning sell really well at my family's farm market! They arrive with beautiful packaging and helpful brochures to educate customers. The herbal bug spray is also a big hit!
