Additional benefits: Use as a tonic tea taken daily for those with asthma Taste Profile: savory, astringent, earthy, woodsy, slight sweetness Instructions located on back of bag: For a Tea: Pour one cup boiling water over 2 tsp. of herb tea mix. Let steep for 15-20 minutes, strain and sip freely as needed. For a Steam Inhalant: Bring 1 quart (4 cups) of water to a full boil. Add 1/4 cup of herb tea mix. Turn off the heat. Place a towel over head and the tea mixture inhaling the steam. This should allow the sinuses to run freely. This package makes approx. 48 cups of tea.

The loose leaf teas and the ranch seasoning sell really well at my family's farm market! They arrive with beautiful packaging and helpful brochures to educate customers. The herbal bug spray is also a big hit!
