The W&O Herbal Sleep Sachets are filled with a mix of herbs and essential oils to support anxiety and sleep. Place it inside your pillowcase or next to it. You can gently crush the herbs to release the smell if you would like a little more aromatherapy. Otherwise the herbs will offer a gentle, pleasant aroma that helps you drift off to sleep. Add multiple sachets for a stronger scent. You can add 1-2 drops of lavender or chamomile essential oil to refresh it periodically.
