Poor quality seat; 1) doesn’t go low enough to the ground for persons 5’5” or shorter. 2) seat isn’t padded enough at the front so you feel like your backside is slitting off of the seat. Poor quality wheels; 1) Roll too easily because they don’t have enough traction. 2) slide on floor rather than rolling. Poor quality levels; 1) Too far beneath the seat to access easily. 2) Have to be pressed too hard to adjust height or lean. 3) Back of seat doesn’t go back as far as described by seller.
