I ordered 66 plant pots in 10 packages—half arrived broken. It’s unclear who to contact: Faire, TruuDesign, or UPS. Each required photos, then their sites errored out. I’m now past the return window, stuck with damaged goods after paying high shipping and nonrefundable tariffs. Customer service has been useless. As a micro business, this loss is devastating, and I’ll never order through them again.

Out of the 10 boxes of pottery only 2 arrived broken, which is great considering the distance they traveled in such a short amount of time! I was pleasantly surprised at the shipping speed and quality / pricing for what we got!

Everything was shipped out fast. Packaging was a bit rough. A lot of broken pots but was easily remedied with the supplier! Easy to work with and great value.
