Wholesale Organic Natural Chickpeas 500g

Our Natural Chickpeas, although they may appear similar to many others on the shelf, are profoundly different and not just because they are organic: we prepare them exactly as you would at home. The day before production, we soak the dried chickpeas in fresh water so that they can rest and soften overnight. The next day, we boil them with plenty of rosemary and fill the jars one by one, by hand, because the filling machine would ruin them all, as soft as they already are at that point. This long process, mostly manual, is certainly very laborious and requires great passion for one's work; however, it is the only way we know to give our legumes the texture we consider right.
