The Nura Kurate Cooperative is located in the Dara district at an altitude of nearly 6,000 feet and produces luscious, lightly lemony coffees with warm cocoa and honey notes and a clean flowery aroma. We roast this coffee on the light side to preserve its volatile aromatics and vibrant character. Excellent as a compliment to french toast with maple syrup in the morning or along side a fruit compote after a hardy dinner.
