Really frustrated, someone at DB forgot to tell shipping that they sell the BEST chocolate...cause someone in shipping refuses to pack a box so it will arrive with contents intact. 4 packages of potato chip bark arrived crushed and open!!! FRUSTRATED AGAIN!!!

This is my 4th shipment that arrived with damaged goods, I guess shipping and receiving believes if you can get a whole order in one box, it doesnt matter the quality it arrives in. Potato Chip Bark, CRUSHED and open in the box. REALLY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPOINTED!!

David Bradley has the BEST chocolate, but this time, again, items came shoved into a bag, then shoved into a box, so the rubbing, due to poor packaging, supports a theory that this is "cheap waxy chocolate" BUT YOURE BETTER THAN THAT, SO WHY?? Then, AGAIN, once Potato Chip Bark looks like a brick of chocolate, and one a brick of chips...WHICH IS IT? WHERE IS YOUR QUALITY CONTROL?? If this was my first order, I'd not reorder, because your making my job difficult in trying to sell bad packaging

David Bradley has the BEST chocolate, so why would you take wondertful chocolates and shove them in a bag, then shove them into a box with no sense of proper care or packaging. When it arrived, 4 of 12 packages were crushed and 12/12 looked like "CHEAP WAXY CHOCOLATE" due to the rubbing on each other, removing what should be a beautiful outside. The chocolate Potato chip bark seemed to have NO QUALTIY CONTROL! Some looked like bricks of chocolate and some were bricks of chips, "which is it"?
